Q1 FY2027 and Q1 FY2026 figures above are unaudited and consolidated. Q4 FY2026 figures are unaudited quarterly figures derived from the audited annual results for FY2026.

Growth came from strong demand from direct advertisers in fast-growing sectors such as Quick Commerce, BFSI, Fintech and Retail, and from global clients won through the Company’s reseller and agency channel. Direct clients accounted for 65.2% of revenue. International markets contributed 20.7%, up from 11.5% in FY2026, with India at 79.3%.

Revenue grew faster than data and operating costs, lifting margins at both the EBITDA and profit level. Sequentially, EBITDA margin remained flat at 21.2%, while PAT margin rose 270 basis points to 16.1%, helped in part by higher other income of ₹22mn.

AI at the Core

The Mobavenue Neural Engine is a single AI layer that runs across the entire advertising process, from planning and execution to creative and reporting. It allows a marketer to go from a campaign plan to a live campaign in under 59 seconds. It will be progressively embedded across the Company’s platforms over the coming quarters, improving decisions and results across its A3 framework of Awareness, Acquisition and Activation.

What sets the model apart is ownership. Mobavenue built its platform stack in-house and does not rely on third-party advertising platforms, so the intelligence sits inside the infrastructure rather than on top of it. The system processes over 1.3 bn consented consumer and campaign signals every day and makes each bid decision in under 15 milliseconds, against an industry DSP decisioning benchmark of around 50 milliseconds. Its models retrain on more than 50 terabytes of behavioural and contextual data in about an hour, compared with the 10 to 12 hours it took earlier. More signals improve the models, better models deliver better outcomes, and better outcomes attract more advertiser spend.

New Products, New Markets

Mobavenue launched PiiX (πX), a growth intelligence platform purpose-built for Apple Ads. It brings Apple Search Ads, Custom Product Pages and App Store Optimization together in one AI-driven system, extending the Company’s user acquisition capabilities into the Apple ecosystem. Mobavenue also took PrsmX, its brand awareness platform, live in the Philippines, and released an AI Marketing Maturity Study with MMA India and EY covering 60+ marketing leaders across 11+ industries.

The Company opened offices in the United States and Singapore under its UK entity. Mobavenue now serves 155+ brands across 12 countries with a team of 200+ employees. A new brand identity, showcased at New York’s Times Square, marks its evolution from an AI-powered to an AI-native platform.

Operating Scale

  • Outcomes: 14.16 mn consumer actions such as installs, purchases and sign-ups delivered in the quarter, up 57.3% YoY
  • Revenue Per Outcome: ₹49.94, up 11.0% YoY, showing the Company is earning more per action, not simply delivering more of them
  • Reach: Approximately 2.6 bn devices worldwide, serving 155+ brands across 12 countries

Management Commentary

Commenting on the results, Ishank Joshi, Founder, MD & CEO, Mobavenue AI Tech Limited, said:

“Q1 FY27 reinforced the operating trajectory we have set out to build. We delivered revenue of ₹728 Mn, EBITDA of ₹154 Mn at a margin of 21.2% and PAT of ₹117 Mn, reflecting continued momentum.

A key milestone this quarter was the launch of the Mobavenue Neural Engine, a unified AI intelligence layer being progressively embedded across our proprietary infrastructure in the coming quarters, strengthening real-time decisioning, predictive modelling, and outcome optimisation across the A3 framework. We also launched PiiX (πX), extending our AI-led acquisition capabilities into the Apple ecosystem, and expanded operations into the United States and Singapore.

These developments culminated in the unveiling of our new identity and logo of Mobavenue AI Tech Limited, reflecting both where we stand today and the ambition ahead. We are building beyond traditional AdTech: a global, AI-native platform infrastructure for outcome-driven consumer growth at scale.

Our priorities for FY27 remain clear: disciplined growth, margin resilience, deeper technology advantage, and durable long-term value for our clients, shareholders, and partners.”

Strategic Direction

Mobavenue enters the remainder of FY2027 focused on deepening enterprise customer relationships in India, accelerating proprietary product innovation across AI, machine learning and agentic AI, and expanding geographic reach across emerging and developed markets under an asset-light model. The Company will continue to strengthen its AI platform stack, extend into new business vertical segments, and evaluate selective inorganic opportunities.
